Invited by the Tanzanian Bia Company (TBL) through his Castle Lager beer, the former captain of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, Samuel Eto’o Fils arrived in Tanzania on October 10, 2018. The Cameroonian was there for the launch of a project to build a 5-A-Side football stadium to be built at Oyster Bay, Dar es Salaam.
TBL decided to build the stadium as part of a return to virtue for the Tanzanian community it has long supported. The goal of introducing Et’oo into the country is to focus on talented athletes who participate in football and offer opportunities to Tanzanians who have never seen it.
